my darling john, i was thinking more than ever of you on your birthday last week when you were 72. time is passing but not getting any easier for me as i think about the days when we went on holidays and spent time playing games with the relatives. i miss you and love you so much. there will never be anyone else for me as you were the best and still are and nobody could come anywhere near. i hope that you have peace and comfort, love and warmth where you are i wish you were here with us but understand why you had to go but it's so unfair that you weren't here longer. sleep well my sweetheart xxx
